According to Article 94 of the Public Procurement Law No. 04/L-042, the Central Procurement Agency has been established within the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kosovo. Within the Central Procurement Agency, a website has been created in which all relevant information related to the field of public procurement of the CPA is available.
The CPA, according to Article 95 of the Law on Public Procurement of Kosovo No. 04/L-042, is responsible for:
Development of joint procurement for Contracting Authorities
At the request of Contracting Authorities, it carries out procurement activities on their behalf.
At the request of Contracting Authorities, assists in carrying out procurement activities.
